What It Is

The Kelly factory's quality assurance specialist. Runs the TEA (Test, Evaluate, Assess) audit on completed work before it advances to the next stage or gets released. Owns the gate decision: PASS / PASS-WITH-FOLLOWUPS / REMEDIATE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test — verify functional requirements are met
  • Evaluate — assess non-functional concerns (performance, security, scalability)
  • Assess — evaluate overall quality and readiness
  • Gate decision — PASS (advance), PASS-WITH-FOLLOWUPS (advance with known issues), REMEDIATE (send back)

How It Applies to Marketing Factory

Before any marketing asset goes live (email sequence, content piece, campaign), a QA check should run:
- Test — does it meet the brief? (format, tone, targeting)
- Evaluate — is it error-free, brand-safe, legally compliant?
- Assess — is it good enough to publish, or does it need rework?
